| From a technological perspective, the early 21st century will be historically viewed by future generations for the global dissemination of computers and the birth of "nanotechnology". This presentation will examine life-like particles called nanobacteria and will discuss their relevance in such diverse scientific disciplines as planetary geology, origin of life theories in biology, microbiology, and clinical medicine. Special emphasis will be placed on their possible role in a wide variety of human diseases. |
